We can provide you with HR support for specific issues or pieces of work you require help with.
You would only pay for the exact hours worked at a pre-agreed hourly rate.
This may be your preferred option if you have a specific issue that needs resolving for example managing an employee grievance or disciplinary hearing and either want advice or somebody to manage the process for you.
This option would also suit you if you wanted to make sure your company policies or employee handbook are compliant with UK employment law or if you had a specific HR project you wanted implemented or managed for you.
Retained Service HR – Ongoing HR support for you whenever you need HR advice or support
Alternatively, you may prefer to have access to HR support for all those queries and advice that come your way on an ongoing basis. For a small monthly fee, you’ll receive a highly responsive HR service from one of our dedicated HR Consultants who will be specifically assigned to you. There’s no tie-in for this service and you can cancel at any time – though of course we’d like to think with the service you’d receive that you wouldn’t want to!
